Penipuan adalah apabila seseorang tidak memberi maklumat betul dan tepat bagi tujuan membuat orang lain percaya sesuatu untuk mendapatkan sesuatu, sama ada untuk diri sendiri ataupun orang lain. Penipuan juga termasuklah tindakan di mana anda tidak memberi maklumat sepenuhnya tentang identiti anda atau menyorokkan maklumat benar.<\/p>\n

Rasuah adalah situasi di mana seseorang yang berada dalam kedudukan berkuasa berkelakuan tidak jujur untuk mendapatkan keuntungan peribadi. Contoh rasuah termasuklah menerima hadiah dan duit daripada pemohon suaka dan pelarian. Rasuah bukan sahaja tindakan menerima sesuatu. Ia juga termasuk menawarkan atau meminta apa-apa yang bernilai daripada orang lain ataupun mana-mana organisasi.<\/p>\n

Skim eksploitasi adalah di mana seseorang, ataupun sekumpulan orang, membuat tuntutan palsu dengan menyatakan mereka mempunyai hubungan istimewa dengan UNHCR dan menjanjikan khidmat seperti pendaftaran, dokumentasi UNHCR dan penempatan di negara ketiga dengan memberikan mereka sesuatu yang bernilai, selalunya duit. Melalui skim seperti ini, ramai pelarian telah ditipu dengan melibatkan jumlah wang yang banyak.<\/p>\n

Contoh-contoh skim eksploitasi termasuklah mereka yang mendakwa bahawa mereka mempunyai hubungan dengan UNHCR ataupun negara ketiga dan meminta duit untuk menolong anda mendapatkan pendaftaran UNHCR, dokumentasi, RSD ataupun penempatan di negara ketiga.<\/p>\n

UNHCR mempunyai dasar toleransi sifar terhadap semua jenis penipuan dan rasuah, dan mengambil serius penipuan yang dilakukan oleh sesiapa, termasuklah yang dilakukan oleh kakitangan UNHCR dan rakan kongsi.<\/p>\n

Jika anda mempunyai maklumat mengenai penipuan dan rasuah yang dilakukan oleh kakitangan UNHCR atau\/dan agensi rakan kongsi UNHCR, sila laporkan kepada Pejabat Inspektor General \/ Inspector General’s Office (IGO) UNHCR yang berada di Geneva, Switzerland untuk siasatan bebas. Ini boleh dibuat melalui Borang Aduan Atas Talian IGO<\/a> ataupun melalui emel kepada inspector@unhcr.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

IGO akan memastikan semua laporan dirahsiakan sepenuhnya.<\/p>\n
