UNHCR registration and document issuance will not be available from Friday, 31 March 2023 to Sunday, 30 April 2023, due to technical maintenance. These services will resume on 1 May 2023. Refugees and asylum-seekers whose documents will expire during this period will be called to renew their documents ahead of time.
Apart from registration and document issuance, all other services will continue as usual. Both the VerifyPlus app and Card Verification System (CVS) can also still be used during this period to verify UNHCR documents.
