1. Updated your phone number with UNHCR Malaysia

- Updating Phone Number via SMS (https://refugeemalaysia.org/updating-phone-numbers-via-sms).
- Registration Hotline (Call 017-614 3810, from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday).
2. Update your personal information (address) with UNHCR Malaysia

PLEASE NOTE: Inter-state travel is still not permitted due to the rising number of cases and continued MCO. While awaiting improvements in the situation, the UNHCR Office will continue to focus on conducting processing activities for refugees and asylum-seekers living in Kuala Lumpur. Refugees and asylum-seekers are reminded to comply with MCO regulations, including the restrictions on inter-state travel.
