The Ministry of Health is extending the 50% discount at government health facilities to all UNHCR card and letter holders. An official circular dated 10 August 2018 from the Ministry of Health on this matter has been released to all government health facilities in Malaysia.
In this regard, all UNHCR card and letter holders will be able to get 50% discount against the foreigners’ rate for all charges at government health facilities. This 50% discount is not extended to individuals holding UNHCR appointment card.
